The Trade Union "Education" of the CL "Podkrepa" started the new school year with the holding of two trainings under the project "Strengthening the child protection system in Bulgaria through capacity building of professionals from the fields of social services, education and police". The first one in the town of Petrich on 20 September and in the town of Djebel on October 7, 2021.
The aim of the trainings is to form knowledge, skills and attitudes among professionals from different units in the child protection system to apply a strengths-based approach in supporting children - victims of violence, as well as to use some methods of restorative justice to resolve family conflicts that threaten the child's safety.
The project is implemented in partnership with the State Agency for Child Protection and the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation and is co-funded by the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme of the European Union, Contract No. 881732 - STRENGTHEN — REC-AG-2019/REC-RDAP-GBV-AG-2019.
